A Few Tips for Conference Call Attendance
If you are not speaking, please mute your phone/microphone. There are times when we may need to mute all attendees.Do not speak at the same time as another person.Use the “chat box” to raise your hand or ask questions. You may leave the call and re-join as often as you like.Never put your phone on “hold” to do something else. If your hold feature plays background music, it will play into the conference call and make it impossible for the other participants to continue the meeting in your absence.
