New option available for compliance with 2022 WQA Convention and Exposition COVID-19 policy
Thank you for your support and flexibility as WQA continues to closely monitor all information and adjust to allow for a safe and productive event!

WQA is pleased to offer a third compliance option for its 2022 Convention & Exposition COVID policy – a Health Check including an onsite health questionnaire and touchless temperature check. The Health Check option expands on the previously announced policy, designed with the health and wellbeing of all Convention participants as our top priority.

As it stands today, all Convention exhibitors and attendees can demonstrate compliance with any ONE of the following three options:

Provide proof of vaccination

OR

Provide negative results of a COVID-19 PCR test administered in the prior 72 hours

OR

Health check – complete the onsite questionnaire and touchless temperature check

Convention-goers who desire a quicker check-in process at the Convention Center can upload proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test in advance. An email from SafeAccess (no-reply@safeaccess.app) outlines the process upon registration.

We recommend adding no-reply@live.safeaccess.app and reminders@safeaccess.app to your approved senders email list so the email does not end up in a spam or junk folder.   Vaccination or test documents can also be provided in person at the SafeAccess desk with onsite verification to present at the registration desk.

The Health Check option can only be done onsite, beginning at the Health Check station. While it is only a one-time process on the first day of attendance, attendees are encouraged to allow plenty of time to complete this manual multi-step process.

The policy and approval processes are explained in detail on our website. WQA continues to monitor CDC information and COVID statistics and will adjust the policy further if needed. Thank you in advance for your continued support and flexibility!

We’re looking forward to a great event — see you soon in Orlando!
