| April 16, 2025 Dear Pentair Partner, Pentair has assessed the cost impact of the United States’ recent tariff increases on goods imported from multiple countries. These impacts include finished goods as well as raw materials. As a result, Pentair will be implementing three price adjustments. First, part numbers manufactured directly from our China facilities will be blocked from ordering between April 17 and April 30. Open orders entered prior to April 17 will be honored but may be subject to longer lead times. The impacted part numbers are attached below. Second, for products made outside of our China facilities, all purchase orders acknowledged between April 17 and April 30 will have a standard 5% Import Surcharge applied. Our customer service team will include the surcharge as part of the order acknowledgment. Orders acknowledged during this time will only be accepted with standard lead times – blanket orders / extended lead times will not be accepted. Finally, effective May 1, the Import Surcharge will be removed from new orders, and the following price increases will be applied by product category on all new orders. The impacted part numbers are attached below.  These actions account for direct and indirect impacts on tariffs, as well as increased inflation.
