Recently, Kristi Pihl resigned from her tenure as PWQA Administrator to pursue a full time position as an Event Coordinator for a Financial Planning Firm in Tustin. Kristi states that “together with the PWQA leadership, I believe we have made great strides the past 11 years, substantially improving and strengthening the organization. I am very proud of our accomplishments.” The administrator position was a perfect match for Kristi while she had the ability to work from home and be present for her children. Recently, their youngest son graduated from high school and is off to college. No longer having the daily responsibilities of school age children at home she is ready for full time employment and looking forward to the interaction and collaboration that comes from an office environment.

Linda first met PWQA almost a decade ago, when she worked as a National Sales Manager at Pechanga, the site of the PWQA 2007 Convention. Linda’s qualifications include sales and marketing know-how, communication skills, customer service and excellent critical thinking. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and is proven effective at organizational management. Welcome Linda!
