Pentair has assessed the cost impact of the United States’ recent tariff increases on goods imported from multiple countries. These impacts include finished goods as well as raw materials. As a result, Pentair will be implementing three price adjustments.

AQ Matic Valve and Controls Company, Inc.
Pentair is pleased to announce that AQ Matic Valve and Controls Company, Inc. (“AQ Matic”) has signed an agreement to purchase the AquaMatic Valves and Controls product line from Pentair Water Purification. The transaction is anticipated to close on June 1, 2016.
Pentair discontinuing Aquamatic – Hail Tyco
The AquaMatic product line has been a staple in the industry for more than 80 years. First introduced in the late 1930s, AquaMatic Valves and Controls developed a reputation in the market for durability and low lifecycle costs. In 2008, Pentair acquired the AquaMatic product line and has continued to manufacture it at our Brookfield, Wisconsin facility. Beginning May 27, 2016, we will discontinue production of the AquaMatic Valves and Controls product line.
