This year’s PWQA annual convention and trade show (56th) is a great success so far. Joyce Takeda ended her year as President after doing a stellar job. John Foley will be assuming the role for 2014 and he will have to work hard to math Joyce’s commitment, energy, and attitude. Attendance this year is up over last year and I’ve been very pleased to observe the amicable interaction between competitive dealers, consultants, and distributors.
Chubb Michaud introduced the sessions and launched into an excellent discussion about Water on Water Reverse Osmosis processors. Kerry Quinn from Culligan International presented his views on Evolving technologies in our industry. My technical presentation encompassed two whitepapers: wastewater recovery, and rainwater harvesting. The closing speaker this year was Dave Hattaja who reminded everyone very eloquently about the benefits of Soft Water.
