PARTICIPATING DEALERS
- Receive up to $400 in rebates via a Visa® gift card.
- Gift cards will be redeemed via a mail-in rebate and will be sent within 6 to 12 weeks of their receipt.
Offers include:
- FLECK® 5800 Valves. The most flexibility you have ever seen in the water industry! Earn $20 per valve. Redemptions shall not exceed ten (10) valves or $200.
- Pentair® TLC Membranes. Quality you can depend on! Earn $25 per case of membranes. Redemptions shall not exceed four (4) cases or $100.
- Pentek® BIG BLUE® Housings. Amazing versatility for all your large scale filtration needs! Earn $10 per housing. Redemptions shall not exceed ten (10) housings or $100.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Participants are free to take advantage of any one (1), or any combination of the offers listed.
- Purchase of qualifying products must be made (orders must be placed) between October 1 and November 16, 2012.
- Redemption forms must be submitted to and received by Pentair Water Purification no later than December 14, 2012.
- Redemptions will be fulfilled by VISA® gift card. Allow six (6) to twelve (12) weeks for the delivery of the gift card.
- Redemptions per dealer location will not exceed $400.
- Incomplete redemption forms will NOT be honored. A valid proof of purchase (OEM invoice/statement) is required for all products being redeemed.
