It was a whirlwind year this year! – I visited all the Intermountain resellers at least twice and presented over 100 training sessions to a total of 1880 attendees. I love the water business, we get to actually make people’s lives better while supporting our families and our employees.
I presented classes at PWQA and WQA conferences this year as well as keynoting at the SDN convention, I feel truly blessed.
Things to look for next year:

- Fractional Brining 3.7 – Improved salt efficiency, and “Bridge Buster” to help minimize salt bridging.
- CANBUS interface for Evertech controllers
- Residential Nanofilter
- New software for the 9100TSi
- Upgraded Resin for Empowered water systems
