ARCSA Conference – November 2015

The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 1994 to promote rainwater catchment systems in the United States. Our membership consists of professionals working in city, state, and federal government, academia, manufacturers and suppliers of rainwater harvesting equipment, consultants, and other interested individuals. Membership is not limited to the United States, and we encourage all rainwater harvesting practitioners and enthusiasts to join our organization.

Last year, attendees requested one designated hotel to expand opportunities for socializing. The Best Western Plus will be the official, designated hotel for this year’s ARCSA Conference.

Student Conference Scholarship Sponsorship | $90

This opportunity is to award a scholarship to a motivated student working on rainwater catchment systems research. This scholarship will be announced at the conference and listed on the ARCSA website.

The EXPO co-location will be similar to last year’s with a separate ARCSA conference and a Rainwater Pavilion on the show floor exclusively set aside for ARCSA member exhibitors so they are easy to find. ARCSA members will again be offered the same exhibitor booth pricing as IA members. This will save you $2,800 for each 10′ x 10′ booth purchased. Booth selection has already started for 2015 and booths in the ARCSA Rainwater Pavilion are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All they need is your booth contract and a 50% deposit. 

Don’t forget that in addition to the IA member price, you can save money when you purchase multiple booths.

• Save an additional 2% when you reserve between 2 and 5 booth spaces.
• Save an additional 4% when you reserve 6 or more booth spaces.
